Leadership Experience
Andrew’s leadership experience spans enterprise strategy, growth, marketing, transformation, and organizational alignment across complex national and global business environments.
As a senior insurance executive, he led strategy, growth, and marketing initiatives across life, disability, supplemental, and dental insurance businesses operating through partnerships with multiple Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations. His work included consumer, commercial, and selected government-related markets, multi-brand product strategies, and numerous co-branding and distribution relationships requiring significant executive coordination and organizational alignment.
Earlier in his career, Andrew served as a Partner at Kearney and advised organizations across insurance, financial services, consumer products, consumer electronics, transportation and logistics, aerospace and defense, and related industries. His work focused on growth, transformation, operational improvement, and executive alignment inside complex organizations operating under meaningful business consequence.
Throughout his career, Andrew has remained deeply committed to mentorship, leadership development, and expanding opportunity for others. He has actively supported the growth and advancement of underrepresented groups and continues to believe that high standards, authenticity, humanity, and organizational effectiveness can and should coexist.
